![]() Happy 2016. January is nearing the end and I am still decompressing from the intense energy of 2015. The year of the sheep is almost over and the image of the shepherd has come up for me a number of times this month. Christ was known as a shepherd of men. My husband and I also just adopted a little brown German Shepherd mix puppy named Kiki. A few weeks ago I watched Alex Gibney's documentary which aired on CNN. "Steve Jobs: The Man In The Machine". When talking about the early years of computers, one of the things he said was "We needed a guide to help us navigate this new relationship" meaning the relationship between humans and technology. Steve Jobs was the guy for that. It got me thinking about being a guide for navigating the relationship between us and spirit. It is easy to be a shepherd or lead and advise others from our own experiences. Hindsight is 20/20 right. But it is much more difficult to shepherd ourselves from the front line. I believe, that you are uniquely qualified to be your own shepherd. You know your own thoughts, joys, strengths and sorrows. You know when your thoughts are going down the negative thinking rabbit hole and the only one able to stop that is you. As we navigate this new awakening relationship between ourselves and higher dimension, each one of us is responsible for our own spiritual connection. It takes perseverance, dedication and honesty with ourselves. Sometimes it is difficult but it is so rewarding. I know you are up for the challenge and the reward. 2016 will be another year of hard work but good work if you are willing. Listen to your thoughts and be kind to yourself. Trust your intuition. November flew by and now the holidays are in full swing. I have already received a few holiday cards and indulged at my husband's big family party and it is only the 6th. I was fortunate to spend some time on a lovely island off the coast of Cancun Mexico for my anniversary in November. On the beach one day I was speaking with a woman staying at the same hotel. She was reading a book called 21 days of Gratitude. It was a journal that encourages the reader to write down 3 things they are grateful for each day. I thought 'that sounds great'. I forgot about it until I came home. As I was shopping the day before Thanksgiving I noticed the people around me were frantic and stressed out. Driving crazily, grabbing and pushing. Tis the season to give, receive and indulge. Some find themselves feeling pressure to follow old traditions. Some may feel nostalgia or sadness - missing loved ones and longing for the past. I have been pensive about what the holiday season means to me. Taking stock of the old traditions and really looking at what they mean to me. I keep returning to love and gratitude. I have decided to start a new tradition. I hope you will join me. Exercise: Daily for 21 days 21 Days of Gratitude Research shows that you can increase your happiness by writing down 3 things a day for which you are grateful - do this for 21 days in a row to create a habit of happiness and gratitude. You can use the New Moon energy 12/10 (the last of 2015) to start a wonderful new habit. ![]() A few months ago I was following my own advice and asking my guides for abundance and prosperity. I had been asking daily. I went to a strength training class at the community center at SFGH - it was after the cooking demo. I walked in and different people kept giving me things. Someone offered me a chair. Another person offered me a plate of food. Someone else offered me a towel. I became frustrated and thought 'Gosh, I'm not here to eat or sit, what in the heck is going on?' Then I remembered. I asked for it. Here was the universe giving me prosperity and abundance. It was right in front of me and I almost did not see it. I stood there and laughed out loud. HA! I advise other people to ask for help all the time. This is a free will world. People will not help unless we ask and guides, Angels and Ascended Masters are not allowed to help us unless we ask. However, we can ask until we are blue in the face but if we are not open to receiving help we sometimes do not even recognize it. Help can arrive in unusual ways. Sometimes a billboard or street sign can give you a message. Maybe a happy dog on a walk reminds you to lighten up. There are a thousand plus ways you can receive a message if you pay attention. Listen. Listen to the things around you and trust your intuition when you hear, see or feel. Connecting with your Guides - Invocation Allow yourself to think of or feel a guide, your community of guides or an energy you wish to connect with. It can be an individual angel, master or guide or a collective energy. You can do this anytime but I find it helpful right before bed so I can receive knowledge and messages in dreamtime. Simply invite your chosen energy to be present with you. ‘I invite……(my guides)……….. to be present with me, to support, nurture and nourish me, sharing your love, light and wisdom with me. Please help me learn what I need to learn, release what I need to release, and understand what I need to understand, for my greatest good and the greatest good of all. Thank you.’ As Halloween approaches the veil becomes thinner. Now is a good time for memories of ancestors. Look at the family drama and ancestral pain you would like to release from your life. Let it go with love and respect. Embrace, forgive and love all of you - even your dark side. I do. The full super moon in Taurus 10/27/15 will help you do just that. Enjoy. ![]() Wave after wave of the new energy Tsunami of Love has hit the Earth in the last couple months. It has been challenging to balance on our proverbial surfboards. As the Earth is transformed by this amazing energy so are we. Moment by moment, to the extent we allow it, we are anchored more fully in a new reality of our own creation. Our electrical body and nervous system is going through a serious upgrade. There are a few things we can do to minimize the growing pains. 1. Be Kind, loving and gentle with yourself. 2. Trust your intuition. 3. Listen to your body - if you are craving or do not want to eat something - listen and respond accordingly. Helpful foods: Coconut oil, coconut water and pink Himalayan sea salt help the new human electrolyte balance and heal your nerve endings. Many people, including me, have been experiencing some of the ascension symptoms very strongly this month. The most intense has been: Dizziness, loss of balance, vertigo, and spinning. This happens when our Light body is forming. The Light body is our higher dimensional transportation vehicle. It is a 6th dimensional cube that rotates and spins. During its formation you may feel periods of dizziness and vertigo as the cube calibrates itself with your energy. When this happens, sit down and take a break for a little while. It usually doesn’t last for long. As Earth raises her vibrational frequency our bodies try to reground which can also create dizziness and nausea. Be Kind to Yourself. Do not go down the negative thinking rabbit hole. Be conscious about your thoughts. When you hear your own negative self talk, no matter what it is about STOP. Put you hand on your heart and say "I love and accept myself completely." You may not feel that way in the moment but it will get easier each time. 'Faith' it until you make it. As you experience the changing energy day by day know you are so loved and supported. It may not feel like your peers understand what you are going through. But your guides, the Angels, the Ascended Masters and Source of all things love you completely. When you begin to love yourself as much everything becomes easier, softer and more beautiful. Your heart shines forth into the world and touches everyone you come in contact with. Imagine the joy if all people lived from a place of love. Here's to believing in the possibilities! ![]() When I was a little girl my mother used to say "make the time for it". Usually that meant making the time for chores I did not want to do. Lately I have been working on making the time for things I want to do. Things that make me happy, nurture me, things that make me laugh or help me heal. But what about making space? We can make space in our home when we reorganize furniture. We can create more space in our closets by getting rid of old things we no longer use or by adding a double hanging rack. But how can we create space for ourselves to process our emotions? This is a concept and practice I have been working with a lot over the past couple weeks. My Husband and I said goodbye to our beloved 14 year old dog Roxy July 1st. This has brought up much grief and sadness for me. I realized that this letting go was a trigger for all the grief I have experienced my entire life and had not been able to process thoroughly to come up for revisitation and release. Not only have feelings come up from this lifetime but from past lifetimes and indeed some of the unprocessed emotions from humanity's collective subconscious. This process has felt a bit overwhelming at times. So just like making time, I have had to make and hold the space for unconditional love in my heart to be able to feel and process the emotions as they flow through. I have needed to let go of self judgment and really be kind to myself as I realize this is a process that takes time and space. As humanity clears all the difficult emotional debris from the collective dark closet you may find yourself feeling unexpected anger, hurt, sadness, grief, guilt, shame or fear. It is ok to feel it. It is ok to love it. Be kind and compassionate with yourself and allow the waters of emotion to flow over and through you - without judgement. Try to be loving towards yourself during this process. For truly it always comes back to Love. Love heals all.. With an open loving heart, Tanya Corona ![]() As the clock ticks towards the Summer Solstice and the new moon is dark in the sky, I have been thinking about the seeds I want to plant and what I would like to create in the upcoming months. The new moon - or dark moon is a wonderful time to create, to manifest things in your life. One easy way to create things in your life is to write a thank you note to God, the Source of all things, the Universe (whomever you choose to thank for your abundance) Write a heartfelt note as if you have already received ____ (what you would like to manifest). Be specific. Feel the love and gratitude from receiving ____. Feel the joy in your heart. Be patient. Some things manifest quickly while others take time. If it is for your greatest good and you are ready it will happen. One thing I am thankful for- you being you! The Time Warp And I don't mean the song from the "Rocky Horror Picture Show" (although you will be singing that the rest of the day - ...Just a jump to the left....) Have you noticed that time is behaving wonky right now? It seems to be going too fast. The days, weeks and months are flying by except when you want it to hurry then it crawls. Wait a minute...what day is it again? Stop and breathe. When you focus on what is right in front of you - your task at hand - without thinking about the past or the future - you can create all the time and space required to complete that task. When you come to a place of stillness within the present moment time unravels and expands in a way that allows you to have all the time you need. Stop worrying about being late. Know you will arrive exactly on time and you will. The trick is knowing and feeling this crazy time warping works. When you know it, feel it and are grateful for it you are rewarded by the universe. Are you noticing a theme here? Practice makes perfect. You are opening up to amazing gifts and abilities. All you need to do is remember how to use them and be grateful. So flex those manifestation muscles and create magic in your life and the lives of those around you. If you want something ask. Say please and thank you. Mean it. You will be amazed at how easy it is once you get rolling. Don't be afraid to use your intuition and creative style. Experiment. ![]() The roses are blooming in my yard right now. I love this time of year. The flowers are beautiful explosions of life - the essence of Earth/ Gaia. When was the last time you stopped to smell the roses? Your heart is opening now like a glorious flower. With each day to the amount you allow it your heart opens more and more - like a rose with inner petals that only become visible under the right conditions. As more light and love are available to you, your heart can soak it in just like a flower soaks in the Springtime sunshine after a long dark winter - to the extent that you allow for it. Allow is the operative word. What happens when, instead of worrying about all the things around you (what needs to be completed, what is for dinner, when do you have to be somewhere) You stop, breathe deeply, feel and JUST BE? When you breathe deeply your lungs fill and a release happens. Grief and sadness stored in the lungs begin to release. Deep breathing also relieves stress and anxiety due to its physiological effect on the nervous system. Breathing slowly and mindfully activates the hypothalamus, connected to the pituitary gland in the brain, to send out neurohormones that inhibit stress. When you are relaxed it is easier to be in the present moment. To just be you, right now and appreciate your many blessings. This is when we allow that love and gratitude to flow in and the heart opens a little bit more each time. Take the time, many times per day to breathe and connect to the present moment. You will find your happiness quotient goes up. And who doesn't want that? ![]() The April 4th Lunar eclipse was a glorious sight to behold. A beautiful ruby moon with a bright silver sliver above it shone through my bedroom window at about 5am that day. Since then I have felt like I am being rebuilt - awakened from a cocoon. I have seen this with with many of the people I have worked with in the past month as well. As we grow up there are all kinds of expectations placed upon us. Ideas and ideals our parents have for us, our peers, our teachers, society. Emotions, roles and expectations that we have worn like a coat become us, or become who we think we are. They can become our identity. This energetic reset that happened between the eclipses has allowed the coat to begin to dissolve and what is emerging is our true self. Our inner divine self. Allowing this to happen can be challenging. We may see ourselves as changing. How will others perceive this changed me? What if they won't love us anymore? In truth you are just becoming more of the beautiful glorious being you came to Earth to be. You cannot control those who want to keep you in the box of their expectations. Have the confidence to stand strong in the inner divine self you are opening into. Allow your truth to shine forth. Soon you will discover that you can truly fly. You are the one you have been waiting for. You are a shining star planted here on Earth to help all of us shine more brightly. Now time to own it. ![]() The month of March came in like a lamb in California and like a lion on in other places. The next couple weeks may treat us roughly - like a lion. The last Jupiter / Uranus Square, Friday's New Moon, Solar Eclipse and Equinox, and the April 5th Lunar eclipse are all pushing forth a total reset. The Energetic aperture is widening. This will allow more higher frequency energy to be available to you. If you are open to it, the process can be quite profound and transformational. If you are resistant, it may be challenging. Reset, Let go of the old and move forward into the new. You can do it! The Ham A young woman wanted to make a ham for a holiday celebration. She called her mother for a recipe. Her mother told her to cut the ends off, put it in a pan and bake in the oven for 1 hour. The woman asked her "Why should I cut the ends off?" The mother replied "That's the way Grandma taught me to do it." The woman decided to call her Grandmother to get her recipe. When she asked Grandma why cut the ends off the ham? Grandma replied "I do not have a pan large enough to fit the whole ham." Sometimes our patterns and habits do not have relevance in our lives any more. Maybe we have 'a pan that fits the whole ham'. This Solar Eclipse reset allows you to re-evaluate patterns the do not necessarily serve you anymore. Meditation: Forgiveness One at a time visualize everyone with whom you've ever had significant dealings in your life - parents, mate, children, boss, landlord, and so on.. (calling the vision of that puts you in touch with their higher spirit selves) Tell them (internally or out loud) that you forgive them for any harm you've ever felt they did to you. It doesn't matter if they don't think they hurt you - it's what you think that is trapped in your fields. Tell them that you understand it was all done by prior agreement even if you didn't know that at the time. Thank them for for filling their end of the agreement and tell them that you love them. Next stand in front of the mirror and do the same for yourself. Forgive yourself for every time you thought you'd screwed up. Tell yourself it was all done by agreement and look at what you've learned. Remind yourself that everything happens exactly as we intend it to. We're getting down through it by now. We've blown out imprinting, judgment, fear and best of all, self judgment. Repeat the forgiveness routine but this time more generally. "I forgive anyone who has harmed me in this or any lifetime anywhere on any plane. I forgive all debts and erase all karma. I choose light for myself and all my selves." (Say this with meaning and intent. It may take a few tries but you will know when it's complete.) When you have truly forgiven look for gratitude. You will feel a sense of thankfulness for all you have learned. You are so divinely loved in every moment. Knowing this in your heart will allow you the confidence to hold yourself high - like the true being of light you are. Spend time with yourself this month and take inventory of what is working for you and what is not. What are the old ideas that have been ingrained in your mind and what truly serves you. Let go of the old ideas and grudges you are holding in your heart. You are the one who knows you best so be kind and honest with yourself and TRUST your intuition about the things you need to change. You've got this! One of the most important things you can do to bring forth your true self and purpose is get grounded. Not the kind of grounding your parents gave you when you were in trouble. This type of grounding means to bring your Higher energetic divine self down into your body and anchor it into the Earth. When you do this you begin to truly embody your divine presence here in the moment, working with elements of Earth to shine forth your light. Think of being on a merry-go-round. When it is spinning, the farther from the center you are standing, the more difficult it becomes to retain your balance. When you are clicked into that center things can be flying all around you but you are solid and strong. Here is a little guided meditation to help you connect and ground into your heart center:
Meditation: Sitting in Your Center: Start by breathing deeply. In the center of your heart you see a beautiful light filled chair. Directly over the chair hanging from the ceiling there's a large quartz crystal pointed downward bathing the chair in rainbow hues of light. Walk over to the chair and sit in it. It is your chair and fits you perfectly. You feel at home here, very peaceful. This is your heart sanctuary. Sense the energies from the Crystal bathing you in light. Listen to your heart. Be present. Be still. Be open to experience the presence of God and your higher self. Now link your heart to the Heart of the Earth. Feel the slow nurturing heartbeat of the Earth match your own. Feel the calm stability enter your body. Feel gratitude at the connection. You can come here anytime you feel out of balance. |
