As we move through this ascension process parts and pieces of our soul and oversoul are coming back into our heart portal for re-integration.  Each one of these pieces has been pushed away at some point due to trauma or intense emotions.  They are familiar and can be sometimes scary parts of ourselves without which we cannot become fully whole.
