The Gathering Place

I just returned from Hawaii.  I was in Oahu, also known as the gathering place.  I was amazed at how Oahu truly lives up to it's name.  There were people from all over the world swimming on Waikiki beach.  I met folks from Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, China, all over the US, India, Africa... So many people on one beach enjoying the water, sand and atmosphere.  And living in harmony with each other.  The photo below of Waikiki - Diamond Head Crater in the distance- was taken at 5:30 am as the sun rose.  You have to be up very early to find that beach human free. 
We are experiencing a time on Earth where things seem to be going crazy all over the world but truly people are people.  When you get right down to it we all want to be free, loved, cared for and happy.  We are gathering together for a greater goal.  Sending love and peace to the people who do not have it in their lives is a powerful gift you can easily give.  As you send love from your heart to the war torn areas on the planet know it is felt and appreciated.  Sending love to the haters is just as important as sending love to those you deem 'more deserving'.  Everyone is affected by this simple act of kindness, including you.  
This month, before summer is over, gather together and give some extra love to the people in your life including yourself.  You will be happier as a result.
