When we connect into mother Earth when we are dreaming we can learn all kinds of lessons about our path, purpose and this waking life. 
It is important to regularly clear your dream space.  You can use sage or palo santo like you would clear a space or use an essential oil spray like lavender or rose. Spray or smudge around your bed and in your bedroom.
When Setting Intentions for dream time, ask to remember your dreams.  Ask your guides and spirit team to help your remember the lessons. Keep a dream journal so you can track your insights and lessons.  The dream world fades away with 10-15 minutes of waking.
