Soul Shard integration

As we move through this ascension process parts and pieces of our soul and oversoul are coming back into our heart portal for re-integration.  Each one of these pieces has been pushed away at some point due to trauma or intense emotions.  They are familiar and can be sometimes scary parts of ourselves without which we cannot become fully whole. Allow these little bits, bubbles and pieces to flow into your heart center with love, ease and grace.  It is your process of becoming.  When you can let go of fear those past life parts of you nest within your heart and you can ascend in dimensional awareness and frequency rotating with more of your signature frequency.
