It has been 1 month since the beautiful pink full moon and lunar eclipse. Since then we have been rocked with an astrological grand cross and a new moon solar eclipse. This has dredged up sadness, depression, anger, stress, fear and worry. If you are feeling these feelings you are not alone. Humanity as a collective is releasing all of these feelings. It is easy to shut down when these feeling come up in our lives - to rage or hide under the covers. If you can take a minute to sit still and focus on opening your heart to the light and love that is permeating our Earth you will feel oodles better. Find things that make you smile and laugh. Choose joy and happiness. Take a walk in the woods or on the beach, watch the birds in your yard or local park. As the full moon smiles upon us this month give yourself a break and help yourself connect to your happy place.
Heart Sanctuary Meditation
Start by breathing deeply. Imagine a tiny version of you, a mini me, standing in the middle of your brain. Pretend that you are the little you. See what it is like to be this little person standing in the center of your head. In front of you is a spiral staircase leading downward curving around to the right. Begin walking slowly down the spiral staircase. Notice how you become calmer and more relaxed with each downward step. Continue walking slowly down the spiral staircase until you reach a small room located in the center of your heart. In the middle of the room is a beautiful golden chair. Directly over the chair hanging from the ceiling there's a large quartz crystal pointed downward bathing the chair in gold and rainbow hues of light. Walk over to the chair and sit in it. It is your chair and fits you perfectly. You feel at home here, very peaceful. This is your heart sanctuary. Sense the energies from the Crystal bathing you in light. Look around you. Open to your senses. Begin to notice what is in the room, sounds, smells, colors and textures. Listen to your heart. Be present. Be still. Be open to experience the presence of God and your higher self. Just allow whatever happens. You may use this meditation to connect with your guides and angels. Their task is to help you fill your life purpose which is revealed to you step-by-step as you release your karmic issues and learn your souls lessons for this lifetime through your daily experiences. While sitting in your golden chair call upon them and since their presence. Communicate with them as if they were standing in front of you. When you feel complete gently take a deep breath and open your eyes. See how long you can maintain an awareness of your Sacred Heart center you go about your day. Living in expressing your truth well centered in your Sacred Heart brings you into direct alignment with the one source
