Calling Back The Jewel in your Heart 

Your heart jewel is a special piece of you and your magic that has been separated from you.  
The time is right to call that piece back to you.





Meditation: 
Start by breathing deeply. 

Place your right hand on your heart.  Bring your energy and consciousness into your heart chakra.  As you breathe into this area feel yourself getting warmer and softening.  See pink healing light fill and envelop your heart.  As you sit with this energy, explore your heart.  Feel the tiny void there that wants to be filled with love, joy and connection.  When you do you can call your heart jewel back to you.  
State out loud with intention:
"Magic jewel come back to me and connect into my heart center.  I willingly call my heart jewel back into the center of my heart.  I am grateful this is done.  Thank you." 
When this is done take a look at your jewel.  Feel grateful for the re-integration.  Feel the void that was being full and whole again. Do this exercise daily until you feel your heart's completeness.
