The energies this month are acting to bubble up old energy that does not serve your greatest good and the greatest good of all. This can be old patterns of behavior inherited from your parents, grandparents, earlier days and even past lives or negatively perceived emotions. This can be processed in 2 ways - like you are IN a pressure cooker or like you are WATCHING the pressure cooker. Allowing these ingrained emotions and patterns to come up for review objectively - feeling, seeing and being aware while not being emotionally involved with help the release process greatly.
I was shopping at Rainbow grocery last week. The parking there is a bit crazy and busy. There is a main lot and also a back lot. I could see upon my approach there was a waiting line outside the main lot so I went around the block to the back. As soon as I turned the corner the car behind me began beeping the horn wildly. I could not move forward because the car ahead was parallel parking SLOWLY. I thought 'wow, that honker is really in a hurry'. I turned the next corner and stopped, put on my signal and waited for someone to pull out of the back lot. The honker rear ended me. At first I felt anger surge through me. I got out of my car to inspect the damage and maybe to yell at the honker. She drove away. I stopped and took a breath.
This split second between me wanting to yell at her and her driving away allowed me to shift my perspective and choose amusement instead of anger. Luckily there was only a tiny scratch on my bumper - no big deal. She was in such a hurry she did not pay attention to what was right in front of her. I do not think she is the only person who has ever done this.

Here is a Chakra clearing exercise to help:
Start with you root chakra. Imagine your breath and white light filling it up. As you breathe out see a counter clockwise whirlpool filled with violet fire cleansing your chakra. The violet fire transmutes the old energy and debris into pure energy to be used by your body and energy field. Do this breath 3 times for each chakra.
